To make this easy, we'll use the Zeta Lambda chapter from Tech
State as an example.
The Zeusline system provides three websites for your chapter. The
first, the external site at http://www.tszetalambda.com, is available
to everyone. This site helps the members of Zeta Lambda market themselves
to potential rushees, and allows others to see what’s going
on in the chapter. Since nobody knows the Zeta Lambdas like themselves,
they maintain the content and design of this website, although the
ZeusLine team helps to make sure they get the most out of it.
The second, the internal site at http://my.tszetalambda.com, provides
the members of Zeta Lambda with a protected intranet to share information.
Each member has their own login name for access. The site manages
everything from contact information to mailing lists, calendars
to attendance, surveys to registrations, dues and more! It also
provides easy ways to share files, photos, and videos.
The
last, the alumni site at http://alumni.tszetalambda.com, provides
alumni with a similar intranet. Each alumnus who registers will
also have their own login name. The alumni site provides them with
access to newsletters and announcements from the chapter, a calendar,
and access to contact information for current members and other
alumni.
